The Konop Companies had their beginning in 1946 with the purchase of a route consisting of 120-penny peanut machines. Since then, this family-owned, locally operated organization has grown to be one of the largest independently owned vending and food service companies in Wisconsin. The Konop Companies now operate four inter-related divisions from its headquarters in Green Bay:

Since 1946, Konop Vending Machines has grown to a full-line vending service with over 2000 vending machines in Green Bay and the surrounding areas. Using state of the art equipment supported by highly trained and experienced service personnel, Konop Vending has individually designed vending services for over 400 clients, meeting their specific needs. In 1986, our quality vending service was geographically expanded to include Clintonville and Shawano. In 1996, we again expanded in the Marinette/Menominee area. These divisions operate out of local service centers in both Shawano and Marinette.

In 1972, Konop Food & Catering was formed with the original mission of providing fresh sandwiches for our vending operations. Along with producing fresh food items daily, Konop Food & Catering operations include manual cafeterias, elderly feeding programs, daycare/school lunch programs, and a full catering service. This expansion into diverse food operations has allowed Konop Food & Catering to continue steady growth.

Konop Beverages was also formed in 1972 to meet the office coffee, soda, and snack services for current and potential clients. In June of 1990, Konop Beverages expanded into the 5-gallon bottled water business as a distributor of Nicolet Natural Artesian Water. We now distribute to over 2500 customers in Northeast Wisconsin.

The philosophy of the Konop Companies has been growth at a controlled pace, exemplifying the highest standards of service. Though many years have passed, the success we enjoy today stems from the same strong commitment to providing our customer with quality products and unparalleled customer service.
